Founding Pastor of Transformation Church AZ , Life Transformation Coach, Bible Teacher, Worship Leader and founder of My Daily Bread Global, Ron serves his local church community with passion and excitement. An ordained minister with International Ministerial Association, Inc., Ron is passionate about teaching and preaching the Word of God, helping believers connect to God and transform by the truth and power of God's Word. In addition to serving as Lead Pastor at TCAZ, he is a Certified Life Transformation Coach since 2017 with Life Impact, LLC founded by Dr. Allen McCray. Listen in on the morning My Daily Bread calls and Ron can be heard sharing nuggets of truth and impact statements he's gathered from his three plus decades in church ministry.

Wife to the late Pastor Bryan Pace, mom to two beautiful daughters; Lauren and Elizabeth and bonus son Ron, Mimi to Colby & Cristiano, Penny formerly served along side her husband Pastor Bryan as Senior Pastors of River of Life Tabernacle, Inc., from 2004-2022. Together they began their ministry work spanning more than 40 years in Oklahoma, Arizona and around the world. Leaving their successful hair salons in Oklahoma, Bryan and Penny pioneered the River of Life Worship Arts Department in 1990, mentoring worship leaders and singers from around the country. Pastor Penny continues her ministry impact as an Associate Pastor of Transformation Church AZ and is instrumental in leading our Women's Ministry as well as our worship and children's departments.

Married for more than 17 years, Greg & Deborah serve TCAZ as Associate Pastors. Together, they have four beautiful children; Justin, Scott, Stephanie & Kristal and eight grandchildren. Founder of Advancing Life Forward, Inc., Greg is a Certified Life Transformation Coach with Life Impact, LLC founded by Dr. Allen McCray. In addition, he currently assists in leading worship and is the leader of our Transformed Men’s Ministry. Deborah is also a Certified Life Transformation Coach with the Life Impact tribe of coaches, a savvy entrepreneur and a skilled Bible teacher. Prior to coming to TCAZ, Greg and Deborah served in many capacities at River of Life in Phoenix, Arizona,; Marilyn Hickey Ministries in Colorado and Rodney Howard Brown Ministries of Florida. Together, their passion is leading people into the presence of God. They both are skilled coaches assisting married couples, singles and individuals struggling with addiction.
