The mission of Transformation Church AZ Outreach is to be a community of Christ-followers who are serving God by serving others, changing lives, transforming homes, communities and the world.

Our most important mission is to accomplish what God has called us, the body of Christ, to do- establishing His Kingdom on earth.

Direct Street Evangelism. Join our team each Monday evening from 4:15 pm -5:15 p.m. as we distribute a home cooked meal to individuals who are currently homeless as well as families transitioning from homelessness to sheltered living.
